By accessing or using Optira. services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including administrators, supervisors, and operators.

2. Description of Service

Optira. provides cloud-based production scheduling and operations management software for manufacturing facilities. Our services include demand planning, automated scheduling, worker management, and production tracking tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Each user account is intended for a single individual and may not be shared. Account administrators are responsible for managing user access within their facility.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, interfere with the operation of the platform, or use the service to store or transmit malicious code.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Optira. including product configurations, schedules, worker information, and production records. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optira. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or production time, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
